I visit the San Juan location at least one day a week, and they have a friendlier staff, and with a much more welcoming environment then this location. I stopped at this location to go to the restroom and get something to eat and the senior female employee on duty said the restrooms after four paying customers only, and wouldn't let me go to the restroom until I ordered abs paid for it. There is serious issue with this kind of attitude that I only seem to encounter in this area. I While I was moving money around in my online bank, another customer bought me a burrito so that they would open the bathroom door. I the shameful embarassment, painful humiliation and depressing sadness was almost overwhelming. I took a tremendous effort not to cry at this completely unexpected and deeply appreciated, totally random act of kindness from a customer in a wheelchair Thankfully I'm not in this area very often , so it's highly unlikely that I will ever have this situation happen again. Thankfully I the staff at the Greenback and San Juan location more than makes up for the attitudes abs hostility at this location. I now know and understand how the employees with supervisory codes in the cash register think and act towards customers. How do I know she has one? They are obviously short handed and this woman was on drive through, but I the guy at the counter was new and the woman making the did didn't have one to help the new guy when he entered the wrong item. She was the woman making food disappeared in the drive thru area and returned with a slip of paper with the number on it, but I which she handed to the new guy. I have she then went back to making food without changing gloves if washing her hands, placed after handling the paper with the number on it.
I have a background in indignation technology and have helped design the policies for a national chain and writing siren a supervisory code abs then handing it to a subordinate is anyways a no-no much less pushing it to another employee who is then in turn going to pass out of to another employee.
Finally the the employee who handled the paper who was making food and didn't wash her hands could have potentially spread a food born. Illness as some bacteria can live for extended periods of time and can be picked up from one location and carried to another where it then infects someone with a compromised immunity in much the same way that the uninnoculated kids, and who's parents did not believe in vaccines caught the measles and took it to Disneyland where someone who was inoculated took it home and gave it to a grand parent with a compromised...
Read moreI’ve been a faithful customer of the brand for 32 years and this specific location 16 years. Stop in this morning and the place is empty, crickets. Never been a fan of the dining room. Between the typical clientele and the cold seats I’d choose elective surgery over eating inside. But this morning I had to pee. So I park and go inside to the counter. Some dude is by the deep fryer but ignores me. Eventually a lady walks out of the back and then the guy says hi to me and rushes towards me. I ask to use the restroom. He says no but then looks at the lady and asks her. She said the restroom is for people who buy something. I said yeah, that’s why I’m here. I’m ordering in the app and using the drive thru but I have to pee. She said, you buy something and we open it. So I went back outside, leg shaking and ordered food. Then I cancelled my order because I’m not eating here anymore. It’s not like I was wearing dirty clothes and a blanket holding a jar with a pickle in it. Now I’m gonna drive my Lexus SUV down the street to the golden arch’s where they always let someone wearing a $300 jacket and $435 sneakers pee before they eat, even if they’re white. Because this homie...
Read moreThis place is absolutely ridiculous! First, when I pulled through the drive through, there was absolutely NO One in front of me. The guy on the speaker asked me to hold on... I sat there for TEN MINUTES before I finally had to ask what was going on, then he rudely asked what I wanted- then when I pulled up to the window, I could see everyone inside just screwing around and he took his sweet time before walking over to the window to take my money, then super rudely snatched the money from my hand and basically tossed my change back at me!!! I am so incredibly shocked they would allow their employees to treat customers like this!!! They need to have upper management come through and hire a whole new staff for this location!!! I am personally super offended at how incredibly disrespectful they were and unprofessional. No one was wearing their mask either!! That's just gross when ur working with food! I officially HATE this location, oh! The chicken soft tacos I got we're not only cold when I opened them, they were SUPER STALE!!! Come on!!! Get...
