The ABSOLUTE WORST experience ordering pizza online for delivery that i have EVER HAD from anywhere...does not deserve 1 star and only wish there were options for no star or even negative star rating!
My on line order was started at 12:18 with the delivery window set for 30-40min (12:48-12:58). The tracker was not updated until 1:04 with quality check. Finally left the store at 1:13 for delivery. I was only literally 2.0miles, 6min away from the store. I watched the driver start to head in the correct direction, then suddenly turned around the opposite way, drove back past the store, came around the other side of town, passing my location having to backtrack to where I was. Took a 2mi 6min trip to a 4.8mi 13min trip. Then called my phone wanting me to be the map and tell her where I was rather than follow the map on her phone. At this point I just went outside on sidewalk to wait. She finally pulled up at 1:27 (almost 40min late) got out of her car and hollered about half a block across the building at me if I was Jessica, again, rather than looking at the address numbers in very large unobstructed view above my door. When she finally got to my door with my food she said hi, asked how I was doing and when I politely asked her in return all she said was "I am not feeling today at all" repeated that statement a couple more times as she was trying to pull my order out of the bag. Terrible customer service to not call to inform me delivery running late which would have been fine as I am well aware how things can happen, get crazy busy with orders, short staffed, traffic etc, but no call what so ever. Then making matters worse not even any kind of apology or anything from driver other than to say she really wasn't feeling today, almost as if seeming like I had personally messed up her day by placing a delivery order. Im sorry to say there is no way I will go back to that store again and spreading the word so that nobody has to go through that experience like I did....

I was offered garlic as a replacement.... the point was to have something sweet so after asking for the cookie brownie instead( duh it’s sweet and still falls within the coupon deal I did) and waiting a while for the employees to deliberate in the back ground I was told that would be ok but it would take a bit longer. I agree because I knew the cookie needed to be ran through the oven so of course I’d wait. No other composition or real apology was offered but it was fine as long as I got my food. 30 mins later I get my food sign for the card and say bye to the driver. Then I look at my food. Cheese bread perfect. Pasta bowl perfect. Replacement cookie? Burnt and Burnt BAD the cookie part is like one shade lighter then the brownie part.... not at all how it should be. Then I get my pepperoni pizza, no way they could mess up a pepperoni pizza and the rest of the order was perfect well I was wrong..... they had quite a bit of what looks like sausage on it.... Read moreI see many other customers feel the same way I do. Our order was late and we were missing the icing for our cinnamon twists. When I called the store and told the manager, he said another will be to us in 20 minutes. I asked if he would compensate anything(after all, we spent $34 on this late and incorrect order) but he said no. We would’ve been satisfied if the icing itself was comp’d. What’s that, 2 bucks? But instead, like most managers that don’t care about keeping a great reputation, making their mistake right and retaining customers, he wouldn’t budge. Our orders have been late from this same store in the past and many other locations had much better service. Our sausage pizza looks sad. There’s maybe 2 pieces of sausage per slice. We are living in a time where a lot of people/families have chosen to stop eating out because it’s gotten too expensive, you’d think they’d treat those of us who still give them business much better than this.
