The quesabirria was sooo good. We traveled to Spring Valley from San Bernardino to a football game and on the way home we wanted to eat some tacos and came across this place. When we pulled up, we were going to go to the restaurant beside it only cuz it looked better but they were about to close so we ended up coming here as we originally planned and we were not disappointed. Everyone was happy with the food. The man was friendly. Service was good. The red salsa was my favorite. Garlicky spicy just so good! The enchiladas were not our favorite, but they were not bad. The horchata could be more creamy. The guacamole was the only thing we didn’t enjoy that much. Didn’t really taste like avocado and needed more seasoning. I really recommend this place. It has a very Tijuana vibe that we enjoyed. Thank you. If we are ever in the area this place will be included...

I went out of my way to try El Taller de la Barbacoa/The Barbacoa Factory and it did not disappoint. Servers are warm and welcoming and the interior is lively. I was impressed by the Quesabirria Combo.... the meat is wonderfully seasoned and has a good balance of cilantro and onion. The tortilla was grilled to perfection and held the meat well. The dish comes with limes, radish, Quesabirria dipping sauce and salsa. While the salad compliments the food well, the dipping sauce is the real standout. The dipping sauce blend is so good that I wanted to ask for the recipe!

Well served dishes. Great taste. Amazing friendly service. Small clean restaurant. Reasonable prices given the size of the dishes. Beverages are canned or bottle soft drinks. They have Mexican traditional drinks, not authentic, but they still have them. The only thing that would have made the quesabirria tacos better would have been freshly made corn tortillas. No restroom and parking is tiny. It's actually under an apartment complex so it feels like you're young to the apartments...
