This place is good as far as the fields. It's a big area. However the restrooms are very far away from the baseball fields. They're very difficult to access for people with physical disabilities or handicapped.
There should be at least a couple Porto potties in the back field. I'm there just about every 2 weeks for adult league baseball. I'm physically able to walk to the bathrooms, yet it's a drag and you have to go before you really have to go or you'll have an accident. I can only imagine what it's like for younger kids and elderly.
Also there is no shade anywhere. This place is in Spring Valley where temperatures are very hot during the summer.
Please address this matter. I will be contacting this place by phone and then contacting the city as well.
I don't see how this problem hasn't been addressed or thought of being...

It is a sports complex so you will more often than not see several different sports teams practicing or playing on any afternoon, evening, or weekend. There is a walking path around the perimeter of the field and big shady trees make for a lovely stroll. Come check it out. But beware of the restrooms, and check them before sending your kids in alone, it is known that there are sometimes homeless individuals in the bathrooms there and I have seen hypodermic needles on the floor in the stalls before. Please use caution and lots of hand sanitizer if you must use the restroom facilities at the sweetwater lane...

I've been coming here for the last couple of years and always seem to have at least one field open to practice on. Be mindful, during little league season, they take priority to use the fields for games on weekends and practices during the week. I usually come an hour or two before sunset on weekends and always have a field to ourselves. There's also...
