Stepping into this pizzeria felt like discovering a hidden gem. From the moment I crossed the threshold, the vibrant energy and inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza enveloped me. The young woman at the register greeted me with a smile that radiated genuine warmth, making me feel instantly welcome. Her efficiency in taking my order was commendable, but it was her friendly demeanor that truly stood out. As I settled into my seat, the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant began to unfold. The soft chatter of conversations, the clinking of glasses, and the gentle hum of the kitchen created a comforting backdrop. The space was impeccably clean, and the tasteful decor added to its charm. It was evident that this establishment took pride in providing a pleasant environment for its patrons. When my pizza arrived, it was presented with an artistry that spoke volumes about the chef's dedication. The crust was golden brown and perfectly crisp, while the toppings were arranged with a meticulousness that hinted at the culinary expertise behind the dish. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, a testament to the quality of ingredients and the skill of the kitchen staff. But what truly elevated this dining experience was the interaction I had with the older woman who brought out my pizza. Her demeanor was reminiscent of a beloved aunt, her eyes twinkling with kindness as she inquired about my day. She spoke with a gentle cadence, her words carrying a warmth that transcended mere customer service. It was as if I had been welcomed into her own home, treated not as a stranger but as a cherished guest. As I savored each slice, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. The combination of delectable food, a welcoming ambiance, and exceptional service had created an experience that resonated on a deeply personal level. It was a reminder that sometimes, the simplest moments can hold the greatest treasures. In conclusion, this pizzeria is more than just a place to grab a meal; it's a sanctuary of warmth and hospitality. The young woman at the register, the older woman who served my pizza, and the entire staff embody the true spirit of customer service. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere inviting, and the overall experience nothing short of extraordinary. This establishment earns a resounding 10 out of 10, a testament to its unwavering commitment to excellence.
Thanks again and see you...
Read moreAwesome phone service, came earlier than expected on a busy Friday night hot and fresh, and deserving of all their 5 star reviews just for the service. For being gluten free, the texture and taste of the dough was great. You have to take it for what it is with that being considered. ordered their most popular, the extra cheese extra pepperoni, and they pulled off cooking it without burning the crust or leaving too much dough in the middle. It was a nice perfect, thin layer of dough in the middle just under the cheese, didn’t fall apart in my hands, and it had a beautiful bottom crust, nicely cooked pizza crust and oddly nostalgic tasting. They know their oven and definitely understand what carry-over cooking is. Looked just like the pictures posted online, which don’t do it justice. So there I described it for those really wondering. Props. Bonus points for the fact that the crust remained soft and fluffy even after being left uncovered in the fridge and reheated a day later. Usually you have to do the old school cup of water trick when reheating pizza to get that velvety soft crust again. And the cheese is so damn good, better than Bambino’s cheese sorry bambino’s.
Just cause I really liked this place here’s the only genuine constructive feedback I can give. The sauce tastes good, but like it’s missing something just a tiny bit more KICK or robustness. Still really enjoyed the sauce in hindsight and aftertaste.
Hidden gem, and they are open until 10 pm. I knew it was gonna be money well spent, and lol @ that funny 1 star review you got from that so called “pizza expert from New York”. I grew up eating all kinds of pizza in multiple cities, this place rocked. The only thing that wasn’t a total home run was the sauce and even then it wasn’t displeasing. Great pizza Fernando’s! You deserve to hear...
Read moreI almost feel bad writing this review, but this was legitimately the worst pizza I've ever eaten and I'm 100% convinced they are rigging the reviews somehow. That, or people around here have really terrible taste...
I'm from NY, and I've eaten some truly amazing pizza, but despite that, my standards are not unreasonably high. I can even be down for Domino's in a pinch - I'll even eat those cheap Celeste pizzas from the frozen aisle. This was just really really bad pizza. My boyfriend called it a "Walmart version of Papa John's".
The cheese was so greasy it didn't even feel like cheese (it may have "broken"). The sauce tasted wrong in a way I don't know how to describe (too sweet?). The breadsticks were laughably bad. Like the pizza crust, they were far too chewy - to the point that they were difficult to eat. They also didn't have much flavor, so there wasn't much motivation to suffer through that jaw workout.
0/10, worse than...
