Foothill Pizza — Restaurant in California

Ordered 2 pizzas and salad LG combo and small cheese they said it would take a 1/2 hour so I went to store and came back waited an additional 15 minutes then they told me the forgot the small pizza so I waited another 20 min. Plus salad had olives that was requested not to. Also went there a month prior and ordered salad with pizza . And a couple of days later I had a 2 dollar charge against my credit card when I looked into the charge the owner said lettuce prices had increased and they needed to charge the additional fee. Lol I think I would have chalked that one up I don't even know if that was legal for them to do that .and finally the quality of pizza has gone down hill. I guess it's time to try the pizza on the other end of town. No sympathy at all if I was owner /manager I would have at the minimum offered a small discount on the next order to keep a long time customer an avoid a bad review . Sincerely...

Just about done with this place. Keeps accusing me of calling in an order and then not picking it up, why would I keep coming back to a place that I like or do anything to hurt the business, they keep saying the numbers are the same and that I use different names, my name is Pablo/Paul, not that hard to listen. Then she gives out her pity story about her own personal problems. I’m not coming back anymore especially if they lack customer service, they lost a customer to an already dead location, great...

It was absolutely disgusting…they gave my husband raw chicken wings, my calzone had no filling in it except a few slices of ham and pineapple. It was very wet inside and when my husband called to inquire about it he was told it was because we had olives in it… the lady who answered the phone immediately said she wasn’t refunding us anything and my husband said he never mentioned a refund nor expected one..the lady said she didn’t need to listen anymore and hung up on...
