I recently visited Burger King in Lockeford and had an exceptional experience. The employees were incredibly nice, and Fernando stood out with his humor and professionalism, adding a delightful touch to my visit. If I could rate in the negatives I would, the worst service I've ever recieved. I'm more than sure the employees violated a disabilities act.i went in there to get an iced coffee. When I was in there I witnessed employees being rude to a customer with a disability. The customer accidentally went into the wrong bathroom, employees started yelling at the customer to get out of the restaurant. When the customer was trying to apologize that they had gotten confused. To top it off they didnt give me iced coffee they have me a hot one when I showed them my recipt the cashier rolled her eyes and asked me if I was sure I didnt order a hot coffee when my recipt clearly says ice. I would recomend going anywhere...

Very nice staff. I've always gone through drive through. Today I finally went inside and dined in. Clean bathroom & lobby. Even the outside was clean. They made my order just as I order, literally. I told the cashier I wanted a ANGRY whopper meal, then another staff behind her told the cook in the back, "Angry Whopper", and it was made. And done when I got my empty cup(after I paid). Service was fast. I enjoyed my food and time. Just sat there and ate my food, sip my drink(with no lid), and watched my movie. It was awesome. Thank you. Will come again after work when I'm hungry...
