Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in California

While they were very nice they messed up my order pretty bad. They messed up two different items and didnt give us two different items. I had to go back in twice, which was irritating considering it's dark, raining and I have two young kids with me. To make matters worse I live 20 minutes away and when I finally got home we discovered that my husband's quesadillas are chicken when they were supposed to be beef and I called to complain, but they keep ignoring the phone. I don't usually give bad reviews but I am upset and considering I normally have a very good experience there I'm not happy about...

I dont usually write reviews, but i have to ask; how hard is it to get an order right at 9 in the evening when from what i could see the place was almost empty. I get to the drive thru order 3 tacos get charged $6.00 (which is a lil more than i remember paying in the past) get to the window ,am handed a bag and the window shuts without giving me a chance to ask for hot sauce. No big deal i have some at home. When i get home and open the tape sealed bag there is only 2 tacos... I guess that was a pretty difficult order? 3 TACOS??? I wouldnt have even givin them 1 star but you cant post unless you do...

I have come here several times over the years and usually this place has a decent crew, clean store and the food is as it should. However, for some reason they can't seem to get the order right. The receipt will show exactly what I order, but the actual meal isn't what I had ordered. This location is not the typical location; they do not carry the regular full menu. So, expect if you are looking for uncommon menu items, they will not be on the menu here. I will still come back here; I just have to be very diligent in checking my order...
