Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

This Jack in the box is brand new, so it very clean still. They have live succulent plants that seriously need watering, enough so I noticed and I'm not a plant person... The service was great. My cashier, Reese was very friendly, and knowledgeable, offering suggestions as well. They don't accept EBT yet here, so know that in case you're use to using yours at Jack in the boxes. I ordered a chicken sandwich, mini loaded tacos, jalapeno poppers and a Jr. Jumbo Jack. It was all hot except the Jr. jumbo, as usual the meat was less then room temp and the cheese wasn't even melted. It was like it was kept in a drawer warmer, I thought they did away with those in fast food. Every time I get a hamburger at a fast food place it's always not hot with unmelted cheese... Gross. I will continue to go here and recommend it,...

Consistently slow, understaffed not fast food. Recently ordered on app showed up in the restaurant waited 10+ minutes for any one to acknowledge me at the register employee says I have no order you must of messed up your order, I after showing her my phone and asking just for a refund I was told o I see your order now. I said I was not going to wait any longer and she said she could not offer a refund. Got ripped off-never again

I love that there is now a Jack-in-the-box in Alpine. What I don't love is that I will be tempted to eat there more often and I really shouldn't 😵‍💫 I love their spicy chicken sandwich. It's 🔥 SPICY! I get their chocolate milk shake with extra chocolate to help take the sting of the heat from the chicken sandwich away... LOL Now you know why I shouldn't eat there so much 😭 I noticed that they are always busy so they should have come here a long time ago. Who doesn't...
