Subway — Restaurant in California

We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn't there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn't ready, they weren't picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made...

I went there for my fiance Mike who loves the tuna sub. It's the only sub he orders there . It's a nice clean store. Staff was friendly . The only thing I can complain about is Everytime I go to any subway at any time of the day, there is never any broccoli cheese soup. My fiance loves that soup and the poor guy for months has not been able to get any. He is always disappointed when I return empty handed without the soup. I was told it was the most popular soup which is obvious however if you know how popular it is then why wouldn't you want to have more to sell ? Wouldn't you want your customers who love it,...

Just as others have said, RUDE and incompetent. I am so sorry G's closed, they were personable and the food was great. This Subway hires kids that are without any people skills and are only interested in talking with each other. I was not greeted when I entered, and the cashier didn't say thank you as I left. So I made sure I said thank you in a way she would understand I was not happy with her "lack" of customer service. I will never go back there again, there are to many other choices to have to put up with...
