Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

This issue occurred twice to me in a span of 1 week only. At first I thought it is just an honest mistake. But it occurred again after a week so the incident is not an honest mistake but a gimmick to rob the customers.

Last week at around 3am, I was on my way home from doing overtime at work, I went for a drive thru cause I was so tired and hungry. I ordered a Country Sausage Platter with extra Bacon. I did not checked my order since there was a long line already ay the drive thru. I live 2 blocks away from this store. I went home and when I opened the bag the bacons are missing. I didn't even bothered driving back to the store for that 60 cents worth of bacons and thought it was just an honest mistake.

Today same thing happened. Dropped by the store on my way home after doing overtime around the same time. Ordered the same order as last week with Supreme Croissant and Orange Juice. But this time before heading home I parked my car and checked my order and it was missing the Sausage. Mind you, I paid extra for the Bacon and only got the regular County Bacon Platter. So I went back and complained. Within 10 seconds they were able to provide me a freshly cooked sausage.

If it was a coincidence and an honest mistake they will not be able to provide a freshly cooked sausage within 10 seconds. The sausage was warm inside out. So there's no way they were able to cook that within 10 seconds. If I didn't checked my orders I probably ended up robbed again.

Imagine this how many customers go to drive thru at the wee hours of the morning ordering and not getting the correct order multiplied...

This place has the worst food and customer service NOW. the food is never hot or fresh,so much laughing among workers they can't even get A order correct.I ordered a burger combo ,it was cold ketchup splattered everywhere, paid extra for curly fries and got cold,stale under the light smaller than a Tylenol called fries. They are lazy never want to cook always saying there out of bbq sauce. The guy Caucasian that works nights drive thru is sooooooRUDE! has no customer service training AT ALL,I do not know where they found him but very rude& arguementive .It used to be you could always count on a hot meal for my kids. They always mess up your order. I've had my order messed up here more times than I can count or missing items. Food is good sometimes but what can you expect from microwaved food? The service isn't the best at times. We had a young lady give us an attitude when we asked for no ice. She pretended she couldn't hear us and replied to us condensing. I understand fast food workers have it hard enough with rude customers but we weren't rude and both me and my boyfriend have worked in fast food for a long time before in other chain fast food restaurants and the behavior from her isn't acceptable.
