Updated: Unfortunately cai you kee has been steadily disappointing us with each visit. My family went from visiting every other day since their opening to now not wanting to go back at all. The biggest reason for this updated review and drop in rating for me is the service. Whatever you do, do not go the day after their off day because they don't get any supply deliveries to prepare for the next day. Meaning they're completely unprepared for the next service. During the middle of lunch rush they told me they were out of rice! They were out of many key vegetables like eggplant and choi sum as well. I went and walked in to place an order and while waiting I noticed all these other people that came in after me got their food before me. Usually I'd be in and out in 10-15 min when I get made to order items. The cashier then told me they service all phone in orders first! So while I've been in the store waiting for 30 min my food wasn't even being prepared. I got fed up and asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Of course they said it's too late and that my order was already being prepared - after everyone else in the shop had already left. I could tell they rushed my order as the quality was not what I'm used to from them and the vegetables were raw still. Sad that it has come to this for us as their Chinese bbq was one of the best around. Like I said earlier, my family went every other day to weekly from the start. We've dwindled our visits to monthly and now probably won't be returning any longer. This last visit was such an unpleasant experience for a place we really liked and supported. Authentic chinese bbq for amazing prices. My family visits at least once a week since they've been open a couple months ago! We like their made to order items like the beef chow fun or egg and shrimp hor fun. Their hot and sour soup is also very well balanced and flavorful. For their bbq items we like the char siu but aren't so keen on their other bbq items. Call ahead to order as they get busy during lunch hours. They accept credit cards and have great sanitary practices in place. Staff are friendly...
Read moreRudest Chinese BBQ place that I’ve ever been to. I asked them only ONE and the very first questions regarding the lunch special and the pricing and they immediately get annoyed and frustrated and gave me bad attitude, and joke about me. I was only trying to see if they can substitute the rice with boil vegetables, because I don’t eat rice or gluten. You know Panda Express has that option as well If they had hard time hearing my question or because of my limited Chinese vocabulary or because of my soft voice, I can understand. But try to be empathetic with your customers because you not only serve the food but represent the business. The two males working there were super rude. Got offended by just asking how the menu work, and not trying to understand what I asked. I had their food before, and it was my first time going to the store, I am glad I found out they have these kind of...

My favorite dish is their steamed ribs, which includes Chinese sausages and is tender and tasty.
I like to switch it up here and have enjoyed their green beans, their tofu, and their winter melon stir-fry dishes. My husband is a fan of their phoenix claws in black bean sauce.
I've tried their BBQ duck once and it's a bit too salty for my tastes. But I'm still a big fan of...
