La Canastas Restaurant — Restaurant in California

Went here today with my family for lunch for the first and LAST time. I can't stress enough how terrible the service was. We walked in and waited to be seated. They were very busy and said they were cleaning a table for us, well they not once, but TWICE gave our table to customers that walked in after us by mistake. Then they seat us in the hottest hidden booth in the house. I say hidden cause they continued to forget about us. We continuely had to ask for EVERYTHING. After finally flagging down a waitress for drinks, it took another 15 mintues to get a glass of water and beer. Another 10 mintues to get menus. We were confused who our waitress was. Everyone we asked for something would never come back. We had to keep re-ordering everything. Then when we finally get our food it was bearly warm and they for got our horchata and tortillas. So we had to wait around to flag down someone again only to tell them what was forgotten and never return and find another person to flag down. It was just long and drawn out lunch. Finally to top it off we had to go ask for our tab, only to be told they will bring it to us. So we go back and wait at our table. The waiter proceed to go serve food and take orders as we sat and sat. So we got up again and waited in line with other customers wanting to pay there tab. Terrible service all around. Food tasted good, but not worth the...
