New York Giant Pizza — Restaurant in California

My roommate and I used to use doordash for delivery and their pizza is great, but until recently doordash says they're closed for some reason so we ordered through their website directly. Their delivery says within 4 miles and we checked prior to ordering that our location was 3.4 miles away. They called my roommate after placing the order saying we are first too far away and after he explained that we are within the 4 miles they hung up. I personally called them back and asked why they cannot deliver and at first he said we are too far, then he said they are too backed up (2 or 3 deliveries ahead of us) and would take over 2 hours to deliver. So I asked can we just pick it up ourselves, and he said that it would take 2 hours to make. So first we're too far away, then it's too long to deliver, then it's too long to even make.
