Wowsers!!! This is my All-Time Favorite Mexican Restaurant in all the 48 states that I have visited. This is run by a really nice Mexican Family, and I am sure using some of the best handed down recipes that have been perfected over many years!

I have found a few pics of my favorite dishes I would always get, and I will add more once I can find them.

They are in Fontana, CA, right about a mile off of the I-10. Parking is very limited, but, I normally always found a place to park, even though I am in an 18 Wheeled Car!

Eunice was my normal waitress, and I can't remember the names of the rest at the time I was going there, but Eunice was the daughter, of the family run business. Hope I am spelling her name correct.

I am sure she is still working hard to bring the hungry people who come in for the Absolute Best Mexican Food available, and I have tried Mexican food in many different states, and I can tell you without any doubt, La Cascada is Simply The Best! Period, Bar None!

Once you try it, you will be a Loyal Fan For Life!

The negative for me, is they serve soda in cans, so there is no free refills, however, the service is good, the Food is Amazing, so, that does not bother me too much...

PS I will add more images when I find them, as I had several favorites, and I am not seeing my Caldo Siete Mares right now. Also, their homemade tortillas...

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem Worth Discovering!

From the moment you step into La Cascada, you're greeted with warm hospitality, vibrant decor, and the delicious aroma of authentic flavor. This place is an absolute gem!

The food? Incredible. Every dish is made with care and bold, fresh ingredients. The carne asada is perfectly seasoned, the enchiladas are rich and flavorful, and the homemade salsas add just the right kick. Don’t skip the house margaritas—they’re dangerously good and generously poured!

What really sets La Cascada apart is the ambiance and service. The staff treats you like family, the atmosphere is upbeat but relaxed, and the music gives the whole place an inviting, lively energy.

Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a fun night out with friends, La Cascada delivers every time.

Highly...

Wow. This place is AMAZING. So this morning the owners came by to my job to drop off menus & politely informed us about their restaurant & also let us know they delivered. The items on the menu sounded so good so myself & 4 other coworkers placed an order for delivery & the owners delivered it to the store and let me just say...GREAT SERVICE GREAT PACKING GREAT DELIVERY GREAT FOOD. They did not miss anything, they made sure we had everything we needed for our delivery. Not disappointed one bit. Highly recommend La Cascada. Thank you guys!! :) oh also another great thing about this restaurant..the prices are just...

Ordered a carnita burrito. Could have been less satisfied, but I nearly finished the plate. Saw mostly mechanics come in, explaining the popularity. Its more a lunch stop type of restaurant. The beans and rice were delicious. The horchata could've been served with more ice as it was lukewarm.

A "B" score from the health department, the Salsa is watery flies all over the place and I still love this little hole in the wall 😆. It's real Mexican food at its best. Cold beers homemade tortillas fresh hot Chips and a the beans are definitely 😋.
