I used to frequent this place late nights but don't do much of that lately. They keep changing things too often and any favorites I had have been reinvented. With the couple of things I still go for, it seems like they don't completely hear what I ask for. When someone asks for fresh, it goes without saying you're willing to wait for it. Instead, they like to mix the fresh with the stuff that has been sitting there getting cold, and figure it won't make a difference since it's through the drive-thru they are giving you your food. I rated this place once a month or so ago but I'm taking the time to rate again - I want to make it at least 3/5 stars, but i dont feel this place [on this visit 5-27-25 at 13:00 hours] earned it, sadly.. The crew working hardly acknowledged me or other customers present, didn't greet anyone, didn't smile and actually at one point they seemed confused on the orders... there were 2 people in the drive through & 5-6 people inside... The bathroom was not cleaned, yikes...
But Good Things - the food was good. It was made quickly: 2-3 minutes and it was accurate.
But i cant say i want to return or recommend this place. I hope management makes adjustments...

Order a teriyaki bowl with 3 egg rolls and never recieved the eggrolls called to leave my info when i called they wrote my info and said to come back. No lie i forgot until the next month, knowing they took my name and order down when i called that night i remembered hoping i would be able to pick them up still... But the ladie was rude and told me that was a month ago and i couldn't be serious.
