First let me just say......Wow... lol. If your going to this place order online. Might help you get in and out faster and avoid the horrendous attitude that shows physical and verbally from the kid up front (Mark) 2/10/19 9pm... Ok I see you are obviously under staffed tonight. You have two guys in the back bust their tails running around making stuff happen... but this kid mark wow.. he clearly doesn't want to be there... he ignored 12 calls when I was waiting (20mins) and multiple customers said that were waiting "Yeah I called four times and no answer so I just came in" this kid wasn't busy he could of answered the phone instead of putting one 2liter in the cooler.. also after my wait my order came out wrong and I got attitude because it wasn't put in right lol. Your fault not mine.. now I have to wait again for it to get right now... and didnt get an apology til I left.. wont return an hour wait with attitude is not worth your $6 pizzas... good luck lil ceasars. Read moreI will not come to this location again! Put an order in on the phone. Told him multiple times what my order was. He still got it wrong. I get there and stood there for about 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. She told me if she had took my order she would have gotnit right. Then told it would be another 10-12 mins for my order. I said ok. Then she questioned whether I still wanted it. I again said yes I want it. That is what i ordered, that is what I want. I give her the cash, as she is starting to get my change, she says she needs to make change. at that time her cell phone rang. She stopped with getting my change to talk on the phone and an employee. While both where trying to make change. I finally get my change, then step aside to wait..... 20 minutes later, I finally got my order. Then get home to see it is barely cook, there is very, very little cheese sause on it. And when I picked up a slice, it went limp, folding that the crust where I was holding it. Wrong!!!! He gets home and I missing items from my order I called the store and Samantha working this location was questioning me as if I was trying to scheme them out of crazy bread and sauce ???? So I replied with you can review the cameras and verify what my husband left with that’s when she revealed she is not the manager and can’t do that well now I’m really confused and irritated because I’m being interrogated over sauce and bread instead of fixing the issue of not giving me everything I paid for so then I had to drive back down there to get the rest of my order because this non manager adult child wanted to argue with me over the phone.
