Manna Donuts — Restaurant in California

Went to purchase gourmet donuts today. I don’t speak Spanish but do understood some. I have nothing but respect for Spanish speakers. The woman who was assisting us spoke little English but we did our best to communicate. I asked for an apple donut that I often get and the woman said no they don’t have it. I asked if they were out or if they stopped carrying it. She said they never had it. I showed her a picture of the apple donut from my moms photos the last time I ordered it. She still claimed they never carried it. No worries went to the car to ask my mom what other donuts she wanted. She told me just pick out 6 other donuts we can try. When I came back the employee was assisting another guest and made a comment to him calling me a liar in Spanish. I had no reason to lie about a donut and she has no reason to call me that. it was not that serious. I’m sorry but this will be my last trip to this...

I’ve been going here for years. I thought it was a little ridiculous. I picked 12 donuts thinking I was gonna get a dozen donuts. I had six regular and six premium donuts usually donut stores charge you for a dozen donuts and then a dollar or two for every premium donut depending on the donut This donut store charges you the regular price for every single donut even after buying a dozen. I will never get a dozen donuts again. Plus the guy, I assume the owner, he was really rude when I confronted him about the price charging me for every single donut at regular price. I felt like they’re just trying to get more money...

my 1st time experience here was unfortunately not the best. for starters, the Asian lady that helped me out was really rude the whole time she was helping me out.

2nd, when i changed my mind on getting the dozen, she rudely drop the box on the counter and sort of tossed the donuts i got. i asked her what was the limit on purchases with card and she told me "whatever"

3rd, i witness her trying to kill a fly with the butt of the tongs she was serving my donuts with (she didn't kill it)

i don't think I'll come back to this spot if she hates the fact that she's receiving any sort...
