I find it totally ludicrous that when I place an order online, and show up 40 minutes later, that they haven’t started making my order yet. This has happened two days in a row now. Isn’t this what ordering ahead is all about? I was told at 2:00 in the afternoon, that they didn’t have the Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread that I ordered. That would have been nice to know, when I placed the order. Five hours into the workday, and you can’t provide what people order online? Nice bait and switch. The choices were now white or wheat bread. I opted for white bread. The last straw came, when I had to remind them that a BMT includes four slices of ham, and not just two. Been through the “Ham Scam” a few times now. When I got home, I find the bread was obviously yesterday’s batch, all flaky and crumbly, and not fresh. I won’t be...

I'm really disappointed. I've lived in Chino longer than this place has been open. I remember why I stopped coming to this location. Every time me, a friend or family member had come into this location over the years, they are so chintzy on the veggies. Every single time. I mean especially the lettuce! I mean that is just about the main ingredient in every sandwich and when they add THE smallest amount and you have to keep adding more til it even seems like a reasonable amount, WE DON'T need the attitude when we kindly ask for more. Never have we been rude and we always thank the staff for making our sandwiches, but come on. Veggies don't cost that much to add a decent amount... then, ditch the...

Old mexican lady was giving me nasty looks when I entered and the place was atrocious. I’m talking Sauces spilled all across the vegetables, cheeses thrown everywhere, olives all up in the American cheese I got. Mind you I did NOT come in at lunch rush hour so there’s no excuse. Just pure disgusting mess. On top of this, as I’m looking around I noticed something run under the soda dispenser and also noticed something running behind the kitchen to what I believe is a roach infestation.
