After a couple visits in the week or so almost every time I get food from here, the staff either get my order wrong or let me order stuff that they have apparently “run out of” so there’s obviously a clear lack of communication as well as a complete lack of effort and attentiveness from the employees. One time I pulled through and I had ordered 3 things that were out of stock and the employee reimbursed me for two of them by replacing them and when I had asked for a third item to replace the last thing the blonde guy talking to me said “Dude if you want another item you’re gonna have to go back around and order it yourself.” So I got shammed out of 4 dollars and I didn’t even get the things I wanted. My most recent visit I had to repeat my order more than 5 times to the person taking my order asking for 2 sausage egg McMuffins and 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles. I noticed she got it wrong on the order board, it was 2 sausage burritos instead of McGriddles and I tried to ask her to change it before I proceeded ahead in the drive thru but at this point she had already turned her mic off and presumably took another person’s order. I figured it was no big deal as the next person could change it and I probably wouldn’t have even remembered the interaction going like that if it wasn’t for what happened next. I pull up to the pay window and ask the employee who is young and I’m assuming inexperienced to change the order and I’m not over exaggerating when I say I asked her TEN TIMES for the McGriddles and she made me feel like I was speaking a different language or something. I said it clear, loud, and I made sure to say the entire name of the item every single time which I thought was excessive honestly. She told me my order was fixed and I pulled up to the next window and Instead of the two sausage egg and cheese McGriddles I wanted I pulled up and they give me one measly sausage mcgriddle. Ain’t go no egg, ain’t got no cheese. At this point I’d given up and I didn’t feel like bothering the other employee who was just doing their job and relatively quickly too. Only reason I’m not completely livid about this is because the McGriddle is so damn delicious it’s distracting me from the god awful service of the employees...
Read moreWent through drive through, ordered food, 2 Quarter pounder combos. Got to window to pay, handed teenager 2 credit cards and asked him to split the bill on each card. We’ve done this many other times at a variety of places and it has never been a problem. Well teen looks like oh no, and the window closes and he calls over supervisor. He tells me he’ll make it to separate orders that they don’t do that with the credit cards. Closed window! Ok, go to “pick up” window and teenager number 2 says next time they have to make it two separate orders cause they don’t do that. Then she hands us two drinks, one bag and says just one minute. Meanwhile my sister gets her straw out and say there’s only one burger and fry in here. Teen 2 comes back with a second bag and hands it to me. No straw so I ask for a straw and then ask if there is ketchup in the bag. She looks befuddled and hands me a straw and some ketchups. I thank her and off we go. Well at least the food was good, fries were great, quarter pounders had way too many onions, I literally was tasting them for hours after. Please cut back on the onion and get a system that lets you use 2 credit cards to pay. Maybe teach the teens some customer...
Read moreWe have been trying to be good patrons. But the service has been getting worse. I went there and waited for some minutes before anyone came on the drive through speaker. Then I went to the first window the girl took my card closed the window. Then handed me back my card and closed the window without a word. I ordered a quarter pounder and a cheese burger. They had me pull around front and I had to wait 8 minutes more waiting for my food. I see 2 cars pull out of the drive through, I don't know why they needed me to wait. The last straw was that my wife went for breakfast. She waited in line at the drive through and was told that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. It was 10:31. She asked them if they could make it since it was only 1 minute and was told no, the rules are the rules. She then had to wait in the drive through while the 5 cars in front of her that did get their breakfast get their food. Sorry but we will not be back. We tried. But, with the high cost of fast food these days we expect at least courtesy and decent service. I don't think your employees have your best...
