McDonald's — Restaurant in California

I really should've read the reviews of this place before going to the freaking drive thru.

Ordered about 4 ice creams (ice cream cone, sundae, mcflurry) and a strawberry shake. Got one of the mcflurry then they said that's the last mcflurry because they NEED TO CLEAN the machine. The girl was apologetic and asked if we would like our refund back for the mcflurry.

So we were like ok, then a younger Mexican server (not being racist) came and gave us 2 sundaes (1 chocolate and strawberry) but we only ordered 1 sundae and it was a strawberry shake that we ordered. THIS KID WAS DOUBTING OUR STATEMENT AND ASKED FOR OUR RECEIPT FOR A CONDESENDING WAY. Showed him the receipt and WE WERE RIGHT. Then he came back with our refund of the mcflurry so we asked where is our cone? He said it in a super arrogant tone that OH CUZ WE WASHING THE MACHINE, YOU AINY GETTING YOUR CONE. But bitxh never told us we getting a refund for the cone too, only the sundae. Ok, so he handed our refund and I checked ITS ONLY THE REFUND OF THE MCDLURRY NOT MY CONE.

Fyi, I'm not a cheap ass who wants my like $1.50 back BUT this bitxh gotta go thru more training and not talk to it's customers with such a fuxking condesending tone when we are the one who were...

The part i disliked the most about todays service was the order took an extra long time to recieve, then to top it all off i was watching the shift manager or supervisor put my order th the bag as slow as humanly possible, then she put one of my burgers in the bag she then picked up food. Put it in her mouth then get another burger i was waiting for gave my order to the girl working drive thru who put in the frys i was waiting for. Not professional at all. Ruined my night. Update, honestly nothing has changes either the food is dry or like the other dai i ordered a filet o fish and they over fried it. I was drivind and crunching never ordering that again. They don't know how to fill drinks, compile the order fast and accurately. Only mcdonalds i know of that you can spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru when there not many cars work on your food prep, teach nee hires how to put the order together quickly don't overcook the food and maybe your score will change if not close down for a few days train an entirely new...

It was terrible. I waited in line for 15 min after they gave me my fries waiting for them to finish 1 sausage McMuffin and so when I got home the food was all cold not to mention they didn't put cheese on my wife's burger that I specifically asked for. They left the egg off my daughter's egg McMuffin and they didn't put any sauce for me in my 10 piece chicken strips when I made it a point to ask them for it because they sure didn't ask me. And they would have forgotten my son's apple juice if I didn't remind them. So the only thing they got right on a 42 dollar order was my son's Happy meal and they took so long he was asleep by the time I got home. We go there alot. More then I will even say because we shouldn't but we do and almost every time they mess up something. Is sucks cause it's right down the street.
