This store is very consistent, consistent at getting every single order,that I or my family has ever ordered WRONG. Changing something like add extra pickle to my daughters happy meal burger throws them into chaos. The order took long and still only got 1 pickle. I mean,I believe you get more than 1 pickle to begin with,so how did I order extra and get less. They ask,would you like any cheese on that,umm no thank you and guess what!? It comes with cheese and my wife is allergic to dairy. The people are always nice,which is why,they got a 2star. If it wasn't for traveling or quick meals,we'd never come here. They make such a simple order a mess. They make so much money on quick sales that it's obvious,they don't care about getting orders right at this location. I STRONGLY suggest checking your order especially if you went through the drive thru. RE-EDIT** I had to come back and take a star away because I just went to this location and stood in line for over 5min and a line formed behind me with over 7 people and the lazy sloth finally came to the register scratching her head near food and touching kid meal toys,even after all those other lazy bums saw us standing there and didn't say or do anything. Read moreI purchased a large iced coffee. When my order was ready a different employee handed me a medium iced coffee. I told the employee that the order was wrong and the employee proceeded to make the large iced coffee.
I noticed when he went to pump in the flavor for the coffee the bottle was empty. Another employee took the empty bottle and I thought he was going to return with a new bottle.
I lost sight of the employee that was making the coffee. Shortly after, the employee handed me a large iced coffee before the other employee return with a new full bottle of flavor for the iced coffee. I didn't think much of it and took my order and left the restaurant.
I drank the iced coffee and noticed that it was lacking flavor. I was already on the freeway and too far away to return. I think that the employee making the large iced coffee just dumped the medium iced coffee into a large cup and topped it off with water, not even coffee. It was extremely water down with hardly any flavor whatsoever.

Read moreSo it seems that although McDonald's is a franchise and I'm used to purchasing a drink along with the free refill this is the one McDonald's that has stopped providing a free refill but charged the same price as if I would get a free refill from a different location. Therefore, the price should have been lower or at least post the there is no free refill, so that I can make my choice whether to go ahead and make a purchase or not purchase in advance. Rather than to tell me no refill when I ask for one. I also ordered deluxe quarter pounder cheese burger, and I received small ends of the tomato skins about the diameter of quarter, a sprinkle of chopped lettuce, and the quarter pounder meat was cold and thinner than a cardboard box container. As for ambiance, not a welcoming environment.
