So the food here is prepped pretty good. The service is not acceptable though. I was not notified by the staff that my order would not be fulfilled by the time I got to the drive through. A completely wired staff member with a blonde hair and a blonde goatee, who I could assume was only on drugs at this point. Flailed his hands pretty violently at me raised his voice and asked me what “I wanted to do now… did I want to order more food?!” I honestly told them I understood about the food it was my mistake tbh but still the app didn’t notify me that the order could not be fulfilled. I was pretty calm but I was met with raised tones and a completely horrid attitude. I basically asked if he could cancel it or if it gets cancelled and he rudely said if I don’t get it, it will “dip off.” I mentioned it to the manager in the next window but she politely said she will make sure he chooses better words… when I said it was the attitude and the possibility he was too wired for the public she blew me off by saying the same thing.
I then called corporate. They were super apologetic and unlike the manager understood that it was the persons demeanor and attitude that was unacceptable. I was also told that the order was not going to “dip off” like the person said. I had to actually go into the app several days later when I wanted McDonald’s again and noticed the order was STILL THERE. So DO NOT listen to these people. From what I can tell it’s kids ordering kids around and it would be honestly better with robots at this location.
I would have let this go considering I got an email from corporate with a Free value meal coming to my door. Yet out of the freaking blue this child manager calls my phone and tells me the SAME THING THAT DAY! That she will make sure her employee chooses better words. It straight up implies that I somehow couldn’t handle what the employee said which was completely ridiculous. Words don’t make people upset but an employee with a sour attitude because they didn’t do their job right can definitely make someone upset. To the manager, here in America when we pay for something using our hard earned American currency we expect the food or we get the refund. It’s pretty simple. We shouldn’t be told that things...
Read moreI asked for a number 2C without pickle. Cashier at window was to busy talking to another person instead of collecting my money and used curse words in his lengthy conversation. After I received my order I was going to eat my sandwich on the way home, I opened the box and the sandwich was a mess. Gobs of mayo and everything was falling off the bun. Took the sandwich back inside the building and a manager "remade" it. Got back in my vehicle driving home, took a bite out of the sandwich and it had pickle on it. I am allergic to pickles (had to take benadryl when I got home). Not only did they mess up my order twice, but I had to throw away a $10 sandwich. I mean it isn't rocket science, how hard is it to make a sandwich? Good thing I am not deathly allergic to pickles or I may have had a wreck on the way home from the reaction. Also I tried to call the store, the phone rang atleast 12 times and no one answered. Very very poor...
Read moreI would avoid this restaurant at all costs. Too many kids playing instead of working. I ordered chicken nuggets with honey. My nuggets were gummy & under cooked & I guess they thought it was funny to give me two of every sauce McDonald's offers except honey. The second time I ordered 3 vanilla cones, fries & chicken nuggets. The cones were all different sizes, (so my kids fought over the biggest one) & sloppily made so they were not sitting correctly on the cone & made a giant mess in my car. The fries were cold & so over salted we couldn't eat them & once again the nuggets were gross. This time old, over cooked & only 8 in the 10 piece box. Also wrong sauces were in the bag, again. The restaurant is always dirty. If you are in the mood for McDonald's, do yourself a favor & go to the one by Walmart instead otherwise check your bag before leaving the...
