The fries were limp and undercooked, and there's nothing worse than bad fries, especially McDonald's 🍟! I turned them in, and a nice lady brought us out a fresh, hot fry!! Other than that and a HAIR in the cinnamon roll my granddaughter was eating (which they replaced), it was very very sad.
I was shocked to find out recently that McDonald's will no longer give you a free refill on your drink that costs them less than 10 cents with the cup and straw and less than 5 cents for the soda itself on a refill. They think that because they charge $1.69 (up from the $1.00 the charged a bit ago), you need to pay full price for any more.
It's a sad day in America! When corporations are so greedy. I will definitely no longer take my grandkids to eat at any McDonald's. (I can't eat their food because it makes me sick). The food is not that great anyway, but it was a convenient way to grab a bite for my grandchildren.

Bradley McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong many times. Missing things mostly. They don’t make the best sweet tea most of the time, and it’s the only McDonald’s I’ve experienced bad fountain drinks at. Then to top it all off the staff usually looks like they’re on the verge of some kind of breakdown, deeply unhappy looking people. Read moreI placed an order on my app like I usually do and I came to pick it up before my kids got out of school and the lady at the speaker asked if I was using my app I said yes and she asked for The code code gave it to her and she went silent for 5 minutes she than started asking me what I want and I said excuse me I already order than she went silent again for 10min and I just drove up to the window and they again asked for my order number and told me to park in the parking lot to deal with my order.
