McDonald's — Restaurant in California

I am 62 and have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was treated by shift manager ERICA at this McDonald's restaurant. I was sitting at a table eating, when suddenly she snatched (without saying a word to me) my cart which had several items in it (which was situated snugly against my table so as not to block people from passing in the aisle) and took it outside of the restaurant. When I asked her why she couldn't have been polite and told me she was going to move it, she only snapped back at me, "You can't have carts in the restaurant." Every time i order a mcdouble they cut costs and give me one patty that tastes like salt and short me the other. I ask for a refund and they just take the cash out of the register and dont put the refund in the system so it never gets corrected. Iv ordered here over 10 times this year as i work inside at walmart as a associate. This is ghetto and mismanaged. Just order from walmart deli.

I was not greeted at the drive thru and when I asked if anyone was there I was responded back with a rude attendant that told me to "can you just hold on". I found this very rude as it was a hot day and I was already waiting 2 minutes before I asked for service. Needless to say I didn't order anything and proceeded on my way. I will not eat at this location until they improve there staff...
