Mi Pueblo Santa Rita — Restaurant in California

Honestly I don’t understand how they rated so high, possibly family did the rating??? We never been there before so we ordered something simple to see if it would be good, which was Asada and fries, Terrible, Not all prize were cooked, Cheese was not melted, I had to ask for some hot sauce in hopes it would have given it some flavor, the only good thing about this was the hot sauce.And there was nobody else in the restaurant. Never been here, but I called to find out what time they closed so I can go after work (i know i could have checked online) and the lady says LATE. So I asked what's late. 9pm or 1am?
