Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in California

I thought I was walking into Mt. Mikes, I left thinking it was the Twilight Zone. 35 mins til closing... Game 3 showing...new-ish front counter person really struggling to grasp the ordering, pick up, or delivery process....a pizza cook, delivery driver, mgr. OR owner standing directly behind her low talking....seems to be confusing her...another worker appears and asks about my order....I order a pizza sandwich and fountain drink to go..."WE HAVE NO ICE" Im told..."darn"I say, "I wanted ice more than the drink".."nvm" I said....the total comes at me way way more than I ordered...I asked why....I was told a drink was added...i said...cancel that drink please..."no ice? No dice!" ...."its gonna be 15-20 mins"....I go play some pinball as the Dubs lose game 3... I played 3 - 5 ball games....22 mins....this is too frickin much details. Sorry for that. I'm extra upset that they forgot my chips (included with sandwich) and flipped out and wrote all this down when they FAILED! EFF AY EYE EL EE DEE by not cutting my pizza sandwich. 2 cuts is what is needed. I got zero. Entire sandwich slipped off of roll and what a joy it was to clean. There needs to be a professional or high school graduate to run that place. Unhappy and hungry am I. I'll live. And probably go back. Great pizzas....

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. My husband and I truly like the the pizza from this pizza chain but the manager in this location has a HUGE lack of respect for his costumers. We called to check on our pizza we ordered for carry out and we get Steve on the other end yelling that the pizza has been ready for a long time. My husband tell him to calm down and that he is on his way. I feel this is way out of line so I call in to complain just to get the same outrageous attitude from the person I was speaking with. They would not listen to my complaint even though I was supposedly talking to the manager, he kept talking over me and I feel like this should be known by someone above from the management team in this location. My husband and I just move here to Carmel by the Sea and I can assure you we will never get pizza from this place and I'm making it a point to spread the word around of how awful the service is here....
