I had been using this establishment for years for bday parties before covid hit. I decided to use them this year and after this experience I will NEVER go back to this location. The manager was helping someone in line before me. When they finished I stepped up and he was still looking in the computer. He said are your pizzas all payed up. I stated yes, I have the receipts and . He looks up and gives me a dirty look and says "Oh you're not them, What do you want?" I was looking to buy more items and this is after I have already spent over $150 and my party wasn't over. He finishes with me and I watch as he goes back to where they prepare the dough and he starts touching the dough. HE DID NOT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS. I was absolutely disgusted by his mannerisms (especially with the title of manager) as well as his lack of respect for his patrons. I won't get into the fact that I had a few people sick the next day. I am way beyond disgusted. His behavior has lost a frequent customer. I refuse to spend my money where I am disrespected. Read moreThis review needed to be written a while ago when I saw some of the staff in the area where the food is prepped, eating right over the vegetable storage. No one washed their hands and seemed to go right back into meal preparation.
Today I called to place an order, as I have done the last 3 years and the man who answered claimed he couldn't hear me. I only raised my voice a bit because I repeated myself 5 times and he still coild not understand me and then he slammed the phone in my face.
I called back and asked for a manager and each time I asked he replied with "who dis?" Or "who is this?". I finally said please put a manager on the phone and he hung up again.
I called back after a few minutes and another rude individual answered the phone and seemed to be more than uninterested when I told him what just happened and asked for the manager.
I stopped ordering from Bronco Billy's for this same reason where the staff act as though they have better things to do than the job THEY applied for.

Read moreI ordered a pizza at 620p, and a woman told me it would be 50 minutes to an hr for delivery. 741p I called because my pizza has still hasn't made it. I called, and they told me they are short on drivers, which I felt should have been disclosed at the time of ordering. That would have given me the option to pick my pizza up. I paid $62.00 with a card so they charged my card as soon as I placed my order. 800p my order arrives. The boneless wings I ordered with my pizza had been picked through. I immediately call the branch, and a man answers. I explained that my wings had been opened and touched. He replies and says "thats impossible." I ask him, "How does he know that? He then replies and says I'm the manager. I've been working here for 16 years, and I delivered your order." I reply to him."How did you deliver my order when it was dropped off 5 minutes ago.
