Nativos Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in California

My husband and I had a great experience at Nativos. We went to Chuckchansi for the first time yesterday and we’re so happy we stopped here for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was amazing, and the view at sunset was incredible. There was only about a 5 minute wait and got asked if we had a seating preference which is always nice. Our waiter Matthew was great, he was attentive and accommodating. We even met the chef which was awesome. He was so kind and made the best food we’ve had in a whiiiile. All three courses were delicious and worth every penny. First and last time I will ever book at this restaurant no wonder they only open 3 days a week. Had a reservation at 9pm replied to the text message they sent told them I was on my way. Walk in at 9:09 the hostess looks up and down and me and my date says were booked up. I tell her we have a reservation she rolls her eyes and walks to her tablet she like reservation under what name. I tell her she replies your late we give you 10 minutes past your reservation to show up. I look at my phone it just turned 9:10pm worst service ever online it clearly tells you 15 minute grace period. Felt so discriminated upon. Our family went here for the Sunday Buffet for the first time. The food was good, but for the price there should have been more choices. The hostess was rude, had a dirty look on her face and barely spoke to us. She acted like we were bothering her when we waited to be seated. Our waiter was great, but the hostess was terrible. We gambled after eating and not once were we offered water, soda, or a drink and were then ignored at the bar waiting to place an order, this went on for over 15 minutes.
