So in my opinion honestly they rigged the games up they know for a fact they're not going to pay out and if they do all this stuff that you're advertised on the news or the TV commercials radio commercials stating oh winning,000 at chukchansi golden casino resort in Oakhurst California or coarsegold you ain't going to win chances of you winning you might as well be family. That being said people table mountain on top of it my wife can tell you I've hit a quarter jackpot it reset the machine basically it he said itself by spending the reels again and it won again another 10,000 jackpot on a quarter machine did I win this money not even one time because the game basically reset itself and respond the reels. I've even had this happen to me at chukchansi casino as well I believe it happened on a penny machine where it basically paid me $40 and reset itself and furthermore if you pay attention to the penny games when it says you have one 10 spins or whatever count them count them every time because I assure you it doesn't do all 10 spins that you are awarded from the casino I've counted sometimes eight and sometimes 9 but it doesn't go through all 10 free spins earned. And this is whenever basically when you stop the reals when you win your free spins and you stop them to try to get a bigger price because you know how lame their bonuses are sometimes you don't get nothing more than what you put into it and well when you do that I've even caught it giving me only six free spins out of 15 where I had to call somebody over to the machine and they said they would send a technician to me but it never happened. Stayed here for 2 nights with family + family friends and we had 2 separate rooms. ||The good:|- staff were generally nice, although there was a person at the front desk who was very blunt|- great 1st-time visit offer at the Casino (spend $50 to get $100 free-play credit). didn't win much, but came out a little positive only playing slots and left with a free t-shirt|- the provide lots of free mini-water bottles at the entrance, which was great since it was super hot during our visit|- lots of outdoor parking|- they require showing IDs when entering the elevators to your room, which is good for safety, but can get a bit annoying. Also, kind of a TSA security check-in at each entrance where they check your temperature + check any bags + make you throw out the water in your bottles|- the burgers at the burger place in the Casino tasted pretty good, although the wait was very long (about 20 minutes) since it looked like there was only one chef working, and our onion rings came out a bit burnt/overcooked|- the rooms were a nice size and felt like we had enough space for 4 people staying in one room with 2 queen beds + 2 chairs|- didn't end up going swimming, but the pool was nice because it had an indoor pool section that was connected to an outdoor section, which seems to be smart for people who want to avoid the Sun||The bad:|- rooms were not as nice as they look in the pictures|- not sure if it was just our room facing the roof of another building, but it was very loud in our room even with our A/C turned off. Sounded like a loud engine running 24/7. It was annoying mainly at night when trying to sleep|- the toilet had a very large black stain on it that made it a bit uncomfortable/felt unsanitary|- After our first night, we wanted to request our room to be cleaned up, not fully, but at least getting towels replaced or getting more toilet paper, and the cleaning staff told me to speak to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was super nice and said they would just schedule a full cleaning for us before we returned from Yosemite. I saw her write it down on a notepad with our room number and everything. Well, we got back from Yosemite at night, and nobody even entered our room. I called the front desk to at least get the towels replaced, and a staff member generously gave new towels and a bag of extra shampoo, body wash, coffee, etc.|- there wasn't a switch for the fan inside the bathroom, so for someone who likes taking hot showers, it got very steamy inside. Not sure if the fan is just turned on 24/7, but if it was, it was at a very low setting|- the buffet in the Casino was a bit disappointing. It was about $37-38 per person when we went. Lots of food choices and good variety of foods, like chow mein, tacos, lasagna, etc. But everything was a bit "basic" and "meh"in terms of quality. I always have a great time at Chuckchansi especially when I win lol but yesterday I was there my family was in the pool area I went down to the casino floor for 10 minutes to see if I was called for a drawing when I tried to return to my family the female security guard wouldn’t let me back in saying the pool area is closed I told her my family is there I just need to go back .. she called someone to confirm and they told her it was open .. I thought ok she’s going to let me up then tells me to wait still because she had been told it was supposed to be closed it was ridiculous I was tired of walking back and forth but was getting irritated with her not letting me in AFTER I TOLD HER MY FAMILY/KIDS ARE AT THE POOL!!! I turned to walk to the other tower and asked to be let up showed my ID and gave my room number I mentioned the ridiculous female guard and he said yes I got a call about you WOW he than calls the female guard and saids the lady you called about is here and confirms with her the pool is open and I need to go back to her to go up … First of all I’m a guest how about treating me that way .. and if I say my kids are in the pool I have a room number and my ID why are you treating me like a criminal … he than told me to go back to the female at the 2nd tower I said I can go up the first tower at this point and walk all the way around he tells me no there’s no way to the pool through the first tower you have to go back to her .. I had already walked from the second tower I wasn’t going to walk back .. I walked passed him to the elevator he apparently doesn’t know the hotel is all connected and it may take me longer to get to the pool but I wasn’t going to go back when the female had already upset me!! Chuckchansi I have a great time there I play and enjoy my time there but some of your security needs to do better and remember we are guests not criminals.. I don’t know if I’ll be going back for awhile after that experience and while I’m making a review can I just say Jackie the phone representative that answers the phone is a nightmare she is a disgusting first impression of Chuckchansi extremely RUDE and unprofessional I avoid calling in at all costs because she’s the one you have to deal with when calling in! What I like about Chuckchansi is the atmosphere in the casino the cashiers and managers are amazing they treat you like family Sam the floor Manager is always friendly and greets us kindly while we’re there .. casino host Jesus is the best keeps me updated on promotions and invites me to visit for some fun .. Matthew and money are the faces I love to see every time I’m there Diego in the soho cafe is a great kid thank you Diego for your customer service and making sure I enjoy my meals .. it’s sad that one or two bad apples can ruin so...
