The person at front, Courtney, I think, was rude and showed her bias when greeting and seating people. I called and made a reservation. When i showed up I asked if 3 adults and 3 little kids can take a 5 top. First, she dismissed me with "sorry we are fully booked" even though I said I had a reservation. Then I told her again I have a reservation and she dismissed me with "okay give me a min, let me get the reservations in first"....!? I had to step out and take my family away because I didn't want to seem like we're making a scene... I went back a few minutes later by myself and wanted to confirm what happened with the reservation. Once again she stalled and then just walked away, a couple minutes later she came back with (the manager I assume) and he says to me " you asked to talk to me" ...!? After I explained everything he said to Courtney that we can take one of the tables, so I called my family back.
