Vintage Steakhouse — Restaurant in Oakhurst

The person at front, Courtney, I think, was rude and showed her bias when greeting and seating people. I called and made a reservation. When i showed up I asked if 3 adults and 3 little kids can take a 5 top. First, she dismissed me with "sorry we are fully booked" even though I said I had a reservation. Then I told her again I have a reservation and she dismissed me with "okay give me a min, let me get the reservations in first"....!? I had to step out and take my family away because I didn't want to seem like we're making a scene... I went back a few minutes later by myself and wanted to confirm what happened with the reservation. Once again she stalled and then just walked away, a couple minutes later she came back with (the manager I assume) and he says to me " you asked to talk to me" ...!? After I explained everything he said to Courtney that we can take one of the tables, so I called my family back. As I was waiting, I noticed Courtney talking to the "Manager," then he came back out, and he says sorry we can't serve you.... I rarely write reviews, but our first visit to chukchansi casino where we spent one night was fabulous ! We thoroughly enjoyed our room ,checked out the pool and hot tub also great but the highlight of our trip was the Vintage Steakhouse. The filet minon was absolutely melt in your mouth . Both bone-in Ribeyes were ordered Medium, both delivered rare. 1/16th cooked, the middle completely red. Cooking a steak to the diner's preferance in a STEAKHOUSE, should be easy.
