Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in California

My husband and I love the açaí bowls at Nekter, especially because we are plant-based. It is so convenient that they automatically use non-dairy options when making their bowls and smoothies…and that agave is used instead of honey. Today, we got some smoothies for friends that recent had a baby. They needed the cashew milk replaced with orange juice. While I couldn’t make the swap while ordering online, the cashier was able to get it rung up and it was made quickly. My only complaint about Nekter is the music they play in the dining area is quite loud. I’ve noticed this at other Nekter locations, so I wonder if it’s something the franchise...

I used your mobile app and even showed up 5 min after it was supposed to be ready. The two kids working in the back had no one else they were helping and both came out looking like they’ve been taking a nap. My smoothie wasn’t made but the ticket was sitting in the counter. I had to stand there and watch the boy make my smoothie, no apology, no discount for the inconvenience. I use the online order app so I can make it on time to work. Thx for the inconveniences. The girl who made my drink was awesome, I didn't get her name though. It was my first time in and I expressed I didn't know the menu and asked what was good and she didn't just say "so and so is good" she based her opinion on the drink I ordered and explained to me how to order my next smoothie and it was awesome plus added a couple extra opinions as well about popular items . Really welcoming feeling so I'll definitely be back. It's always nice to have people engaged... instead of just clerking.
