T’s — Restaurant in Castro Valley

For my first time it was a terrible experience. I ordered the mini pancakes, it gave me many flavor options as shown in the pic below. I chose fresas con crema with mangoes + chocolate ice cream. Before ordering, my first red flag was the customers in front of us were upset because they were receiving their dessert completely different than what they had initially ordered, didn’t think much of it until after I got my order, I realized the only thing they got right was adding the mangoes. I approached the lady (I speak Spanish) and I respectfully said “disculpa”, she answered with “QUE”…doesn’t come up to the window so I have to shout to tell her what was wrong with my order. I explain that I ordered the fresas con crema mini pancakes (mines had nuts as also shown below) she responds “that’s how the style is” and so I say “so basically your menu says you’re selling a flavor option (fresas con crema) and it doesn’t have fresas, no crema? Just nuts?” And she goes “Yes”. Then she basically told me to next time (to not make it more complicated) choose an option with fruit. Guilt trip. And I was like “okay? Can you at least add fruit to it without charge?” She did she added chopped strawberries on. However I later on found my ice cream flavor was wrong as well lol. I was with my mom, so as i explained to her what happened, she took the wheel this time, which I’ll let her write her own review. In summary, terrible customer service, false information/menu advertising. Both women at the front were very rude, it may have been our first but glad it was our last time coming here. I like to support my local Latina owned businesses since I’m Latina, but I guess next time I’ll just give another local Latina owned business a chance who deserves...

After a very disappointing Dinner in SF STK, I wanted Desert but not at STK. The last thing I wanted was to sit there and act like my meal was wonderful.Searched for a good Desert restaurant late in the evening I found T’s. NOTHING DISAPPOINTING ABOUT THIS PLACE. 10 minute wait and the Best desert was delivered in my hands. The waffle made to order was fresh hot alone with my Cold topping was amazing. I will definitely have to make another trip and visit to T’s. From Portland Oregon to T’s a must.

All Orders...

I came to get the fried ice cream, it’s still online and posted on their signs. I waited a while before I tried ordering the fried ice cream, once I did they said they don’t serve that anymore. Just a thought, cross it off your menu that’s all I wanted didn’t order for myself just my kids. They liked it. Not a bad place just disappointed that I had to wait to order to be told they weren’t serving that item anymore. Other than that again not...
