Olympic Flame Burgers — Restaurant in California

Ordered the Denver Omelette for $7.39 on a to go menu I got 6 months ago. I told the girl make sure there is fair amount of cheese because one time there was hardly any. I placed the order on the phone & asked if I could get biscuits & gravy instead of hash browns & toast & the girl said they can do that. When I went to pick up my order I was charged $11.13. I asked why so much and the owner said I was charged for the biscuits & gravy & the omelette had gone up to $7.99 due to inflation. I told him I wasn't informed of the additional chg for the biscuits and wouldn't have agreed to exchange if I had been. He said his employee informed me which she didn't and said his employees are always right. The regular cook wasn't their so the owner had made the omelette. This is the 2nd time I ordered an omelette the owner made and it was awful. I couldn't even eat this one & fed it to some baby skunks. The omelette had way too much cheese you couldn't even taste anything else. There was so much cheese it burnt the bottom of the omelette completely and made it taste like a pizza. Edit: some years back when the ownership changed I kept going back. The food quality barely stayed the same, the new owner installed all these lights that makethis place look like a circus. I usedto regularly get breakfast burritos and stop for lunch 3 to 4 ti.esa week. It WAS great but prices went up, quality and quantity went down, I honestly tried to give itthe benefit of the doubt but no, it's bad. Placing phone orders was now horrible, food was always made wrong and sometimes not at all. One time I called to place an order and Spoke to the owner because he answered the phone, gave him my order and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready, I told the girl working the counter and she said there was no order, I told her who took the order (that's when I found out it was the owner that answered) qnd she told me "oh, that's his personal line now". I was craving for a burger and decided to try this place.

Staff was friendly and was greeted upon arrival. Ordered the Chili Cheese Burger Combo. Made to order so be prepare to wait.

The burger portion size was huge with a generous amount of fries, I was disappointed with the taste. The chili was not good at all, it just didn't taste right. The burger was bland and I hate soggy buns. The fries though was cooked right and still crisp when I got home.

This first visit experience was below expectations but I know they can do better. Maybe it's just an off...
