Pala Mesa Pizza — Restaurant in California

Let me elaborate since you want to claim i am not sccurate on my review: My husband doesn't eat onions at all and the whole pizza was covered in them. So yes it went into the trash. I ordered at the counter at 17:05. I repeated my order 3 times to the young gal at the counter. So no not confusing. At least with the salad he could pick out the onions. But to have a whole pizza covered in onions and half just onions and cheese is ridiculous. Ask the other gal in the back that made it, look at your tickets. Don't state you worked because there is no way you remember every order at 5 in the evening when the place was busy.

I really wanted to like this place. I went on 4.25.2024 to the pizza place in great anticipation. I ordered a medium Supreme pizza and had asked for the onions to be only on half of the pizza. Not hard. Nope, got home and the half was just onions and cheese. Bye bye went that pizza to the trash. If it didn't take me so long to get there I would have called and said something. Glad I got the salad though so we had something to while watching...

Pay attention to detail. I usually LOVE this place. But tonight just was the night. I place an order over the phone. The one kid that answered was rushing me off the phone and wouldn't let me finish. So no surprise when my brother in law gets back with the order it was EXACTLY what I didn't want. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza with no onion. There were an insane amount of onion on that little pizza. Gross. Even my sister that loves onions, had a hard time looking at it. I ordered a side salad with no olives. And yet again, there were a ton of olives. I had to go back and get a refund. Let's hope they did that right. I'm really just disappointed and annoyed. Pay attention to detail. Take your time. Food was good. Ordered to pick up. If I had to complain about something it would be the timing. I called at 7:20pm. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there right at 7:50 and it wasn't ready until 8:07. I don't mind that it was 8:07 however just say 50 minutes if it will be 50 minutes not 30 minutes and cause me to wait almost 20 minutes.
