Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in California

I love this Papa Murphy's. The staff are friendly and take your order well over the phone. I always order the family size chicken bacon artichoke Pizza on original crust without cheese and without creamy garlic sauce. Instead they put down olive oil. I have a dairy allergy so it's very hard for me to find pizza that still taste good. This pizza never fails to be delicious! And the staff here actually get my order right. I've tried to order this from a couple of different Papa Murphy's locations and it seems like they often make some kind of mistake. I've ordered many times from this store, and always have had a good experience. However, I called in to order my pizza this time and had a experience that will make me think twice before going here again. I guess this time the employees need more skills in all areas. Especially customer service in store and on phone. There's many Papa Murphy's in the area, so you might go elsewhere unless you want a rude order taker that couldn't be bothered with helping me as I asked about specials even made noises as if I was taken up her time. 7pm Wednesday night blonde cashier had a terrible attitude from the second my husband and I walked in it was like she was botherd to ring us up I ask if they had ranch and she couldn't even speak up enough for me to be able to tell if she said yes or no and I'm litteraly a foot and a half away from her. Her co worker obviously understood and grabbed a ranch for me .. I'm a manager of a restaurant my self and if I was to see one of my employees treat a customer that way, they wouldn't be an employee of mine that's for sure.
