This place was absolutely awful. The reviews on both yelp and Google were 4+ stars so a friend and I figured it would be awesome. Well one of three things must have happened. Either they pulled the wool over peoples eyes and fooled them, they had a single bad night, or they’ve gone way downhill.

Either way, my friend got there and we had plans to have dinner and a few drinks and be gone in an hour or two max. Well we ordered dinner within about 10 minutes of arrival because we were famished. No exaggeration when saying it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. We almost paid for our drinks and walked out.

The food ended up being edible and surprisingly hot when I half expected it to be stone cold.

Our server appeared to be more interested in being on her cell phone than checking on her tables. She rarely ever came over to check on us. She also had no idea about typical Irish beers. If I’m at an Irish pub I expect the staff to know if they serve Smithwicks. No beer menu was available or at least offered.

All in all, if I could redo my night I’d have skipped this place and have avoided it. If not for my excellent company tonight I’d have been miserable at this place.

A 1 star review is more than this place deserves but I cannot give any...

Dropping my rating to 2 stars.

Been going here for 7 years, but after my visit the other day, I am officially done with this place and never returning.

Good food, cool atmosphere, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Very badly understaffed. Forget about ordering food on game/fight night when the place is packed...I just ordered wings and it took almost an hour and a half.

Cocktail waitresses are inattentive and unfriendly, but I can't blame them because they are overloaded with tables like crazy. Hard to flag them down to actually order a drink.

Bartenders are unfriendly and have no personality. Staff spends far too much time chatting and laughing with each other even when the place is slammed.

I honestly don't know how this place is still open. Management needs to take a hard look at...
