We order Pizza Guys ~monthly when we have had a long day and really just want to not have to worry about dinner. Normally, it works out fine, they deliver on time, no worries whatsoever. Today, however, their service has been terrible. The tracking function is a joke, but it was showing that the order was still cooking until the promise time, and then it was simply stopped working altogether. I waited 10 minutes after the promise time, and called the store to see about my order. 4 minutes on hold, the call dropped. I called again. Same. Call dropped after 4 minutes on hold. This happened 4 times in total before they finally answered. Little in the way of apology, nothing in terms of offering any compensation or credit. Just a "Yeah the driver just left with your order, sorry." Oh, and the text notifications I opted for? Nope. Just really disappointing overall.

Read moreSo We got used to getting pizza guys... there is usually a young lady and a guy who work there when we go there customer service and pizza making is what has kept us coming back .... I even had to send my daughter in to give them their tips.... tonight neither one was there and the pizza was trash🤬. Multiple spots where there was no sauce or cheese .. brown dirty looking cheese and the sausage was burnt... how does that happen??? Very disappointing a waste of time and money🤬🤬🤬 attempted to eat a piece anyway and that crisp chewy crust I had grown accustomed to was traded for what would pass as some stale microwave textured bread... no crip what so ever and the cheese was beyond no pull where there was cheese 🤬🤬 as the dessert 🤬🤬🤬 I could have made cheese bread at home and...
Read moreSuper bummed, wanted to try these guys out. Had a flyer from them on my front door, yes-the coupon had expired by a couple days but didn't think it would be such a jump in price. Large 2 topping pizza with cinnamon twists $20 on coupon, so I ordered that plus 3 two liter sodas, delivered, 'came out to $42.XX. Yikes. After mulling that over for a few minutes, doing the math (I like to tip $5 so that makes it $47 for a large pizza, soda, twists) I called back and canceled. I did mention the expired coupon, also that I couldn't order online since the map feature where I type in my delivery address crashed, but that didn't register with either person I spoke with on the phone. Oh well. Back to New York Pizza around the...
