Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

I ordered a pizza and a 2L pop to be delivered contactless to my sick brother. online it says they will knock at the door and stand at a safe distance until someone answers. the app showed the pizza in route. this is still what the app shows me. it still does not reflect on the tracking. STILL TODAY OVER 15 hours later, the app does not state that any delivery has been made. I also never got a text message from Pizza Hut, STILL TODAY OVER 15 hours later, saying the pizza had been delivered, it ONLY states that the pizza is out for delivery. after over an hour and a half last night, I called the restaurant and they said they don't deliver that way. they just leave it outside the door (delivery was to an apartment). ridiculous!! and I have screenshots of all of this, if necessary to show someone. if someone had knocked on the door, he would have gotten up to answer it. 6/19/16 9:30pm. Just picked up my 2 large pizza with an order of bread sticks for $26.50. I know this pizza hut has a lot of bad reviews and customer service. But it's the closest to me. Let me get to the point. Usually when I pick up my pizzas they open the box to show me the pizza. In case it's the wrong order I guess. This time the female didn't open it, which I didn't have a problem with. Got home to my kids and opened the box to see one of the pizzas burnt and dryed in the center, a radius of about 5 inches around the center so all the pizzas had burnt tip. UPDATED: We ordered the pizza with the pan crust this time and it was so good! Customer service however, was not anything to write home about. All business, take the money, we'll call you when your order is ready. Both times I had to wait for my order, 10 to 15 min after they said it would be ready. Old Review: My first visit I give the customer service 5 stars, I was very pleased with the customer service, but I give the pizza 2 stars because the pizza was edible but not good.
