Plant Ivy Food Truck — Restaurant in California

If you have a chance to eat at the Plant Ivy Food Truck, do it! These burgers are delicious :) They are all vegetarian (vegan patties), but can easily be made vegan. There are multiple options for vegan cheese (I love both the cheddar and provolone!), the coconut bacon is an excellent addition, and the pretzel buns are something special! Ivy herself is a lovely, kind person and I love seeing her big smile whenever we go put in our order. We went to three Monday Meetups in SLO this summer (2021), and all three times we got burgers from Plant Ivy :)...

Tried the fig chutney burger with vegan cheddar cheese. The flavor combination of this burger was amazing. Slightly sweet and savory. My husband had the grilled cheese made with Tillamook cheddar.
