Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Worst Starbucks experience ever. My wife and I were the only customer in the store. There was no welcome like you’d get at other places, instead, the staffs were joking around. When I was ordering, the cashier were still laughing and enjoying their conversation, had no attention to what I was saying.

When my food items were ready, they were left on the counter without calling us (we were still the only customer at the time, no drive thru cars either). My daily brew was forgotten and I had to ask for it.

That was not the end of the bad experience. I needed to use the toilet, went inside and there was no toilet paper and no toilet seat cover. It’s 10am on a Saturday morning, did people in this town rushed in here and did business here? Anyway, I can understand that, but what I cannot tolerate was what the staff did. I went back outside and told the staff about the toilet paper, the gal said, “oh, I’m sorry about that. Do you still need to use it?”

Really?? REALLY??? That’s the response anyone would get or was it because what I look like? Starbucks needs to be thankful that there was no other customer inside, cuz lawsuit...

I ordered three glasses of water, but the staff made two of them incorrectly. When I politely asked for a water container to accommodate all of my order, the staff member reacted unprofessionally. They threw the water container on the table with an unfriendly look and did not return to check on me or offer any further assistance.
