I don’t usually buy Starbucks but when I do it’s at this location I don’t tend to keep up with Starbucks as I am not a coffee drinker. So today I went in their drive thru and ordered I asked for it decaf frape but said no coffee! I assume she didn’t hear me but also seemed to rush the order through the intercom as we still needed more to order. Which when at the window we added more to the order which they told us to pick up inside. No issue there. The issue happened When I was at the window I asked if it was decaf or is there a way to make it with no coffee and she said people ask for it “creme based” so I didn’t want to have to return it and told her to just charge me for another one cream based! When I looked at my receipt I saw she charged me everything individually summing up a total of $8.05 for a grande frape, that with it being decaf or reg was $6.45. Honestly I went in to ask about it because that is absurd in how she charged it without explaining it to me or informing me that everything would be individually charged, when I went in to ask the one who took my order was rude off the bat. I said Hello and she just said “your drink will be out” then I proceeded to ask about the charges and she told me that it’s still the same thing and I told her that they didn’t let me know everything would charged separately making the amount more than the Original price. She called the manager over which her name is Clarissa rude btw as she spoke over me when I explained to her and she said “I don’t see how there’s any difference” uhmmm I guess since they get free drinks they don’t see a difference but for someone who pays there is a $1.60 difference. She said it to me while making a face as to basically undermine the issue while starring me down as to what I was wearing. I let her know her employee had not told me there would be an individual charge for the drink and she said “it’s not on us to inform you” very rudely as she kept brushing me as she spoke to me. Does she not know that, that this is her job to inform us about extra charges? What if I didn’t have the additional charge for the drink. At the end of the day it is my money and you not informing me what you are charging me for before hand is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I didn’t know removing 1 think to still make the same concoction would be pricier. If informed I would have taken my drink and avoided this awful inconvenience. I’m not one to argue (thus this review) so I let her speak as she was doing so as I was still speaking and she said that it has been announced everywhere and named “social media, the Starbucks app ect” which I responded “good to know.” I don’t drink Starbucks frequently so I WOULDNT KNOW! It is insane how bad her horrible customer service is for being a manager. I must now memorize Starbucks policies, charges, menu to a tea before I buy a drink now? That is preposterous. Shame on Clarissa and her horrible attitude. She should not be working customer service she clearly does not know proper social etiquette while on the job disrespectful. Especially speaking over I a customer when...
Read moreFor quite some time ive been coming to this Starbucks daily ever since it open. I never been to a Starbucks where you could run into the same issue almost every day with the same employee MARCO!!! He takes your order and confirms what you got, you go pick up your order and MARCO always gets your order wrong, it does not matter how many times you tell him MARCO never pays attention! Even after explaining my order he still gets the orders mixed and sometimes even gives you someone else order, it is very frustrating dealing with a person like MARCO. Ive witnessed other customers experience the exact same thing with this employee MARCO, with or without work pressure its always the same thing. MARCO is always running around like a chicken without a head, he claims at times "oh i scan the app but did not charge you" moments later i check the app and turns out MARCO did charged you, i rather him be honest and upfront about the charge than lying to customers face and making comments and laughing as he walks away. I'ved noticed that MARCO gets frustrated right away as customers arrived, even if someone is just there for a cup of water or restroom MARCO is already giving customers a very bad attitude and approach when taking your order. MARCO has no customer service skills, has no people skills nor good work ethics, whether his taking orders or making the orders, MARCO'S expression towards customers is very horrible giving people bad looks. MARCO might not realize that even us as customers we can see that in a person, MARCO'S vibe is really strong. I dont recommend ordering there when MARCO is there, no matter where they have him, MARCO will make your experience not ever wanting to comeback to...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE. Let me first just preface this by saying I will never come back to this location, EVER.
I've been coming here for a good year now. Usually I come at night and order one drink and one drink only--mango dragonfruit. Simple drink, simple order. Nothing complicated at all. I come at least once a week, if not every other day.
I know you people at this location remember me. I am the one who drives the white mercedes SUV, come at night, and only order mango dragonfruit. You guys know who I am and what drink I order. You should know by now.
This location opens till 11pm. On my last visit, I came at 10:30pm and there was a car in front of me that ordered. When it was my turn, they told me that they magically "closed" at 10:30pm. So I was like okay. I then realized the car in front of me got their order in, an order that was around five drinks in total. They ordered at 10:30.
Why didn't I get my order in when you know I only had one drink? You know the drink I want is simple to make and it's ONE drink. I am a repeat loyal customer at this location but no more.
Bye bye. Hope this place closes because of the shxtty location.
And to the annoying barista girl profusely apologizing for not taking my 1 drink order while taking the 5 drink order for the car in front of me, you need to get fired. Exercise common sense and fulfill my simple request. You annoyingly aplogizing isn't going to get me my drink. You saying "Im sorry, Im sorry" over and over is only pissing me off.
I still can't get over it... And I probably never will. it was just ONE DRINK for a loyal customer....
