Sierra Inn — Hotel in South El Monte

Stayed here a year ago . Emergency situation caused me to come back. The place is pretty dirty and smells musty in the room . Grateful no bed bug bites on my little ones , but one night we came back and my 3yr old daughter came across a roach in the bathroom . We've Slept with the bathroom light on every night out of fear. The place has already been paid for .The owner is very rude , he yelled at me over the phone 3 times so far , once for asking for more towels , and the other time for asking for an extra sheet . His wife and him tried to scam me out of extra $ for a key card . The cleaning lady was very polite , but she looks like she's scared of the owner. Looking for a new place to...

a very comfortable place very nicepeople they do not make you feel unwanted they will try to accommodate any request that is asked of them the staff do not bother you or make you feel like your being watched they give you your privacy which brings so much comfort to your stay the beds or very soft water is hot an the price is great as for the riff raff an homeless that hang around the property that is not my business im not here to make friends with the homeless nothing personal im just getting some time away and the sierra is the [place to do so i recommend for your next stay you book a night at the sierra you will surely...

FRONT DESK LADY WAS A BIT RUDE AND STEREO TYPED US DUE TO OUR APPERANCE YES WERE FORMER GANG MEMBERS MY HUSBAND AND I BUT WE DO RESPECT OTHERS PROPERTY AND DONT WRITE OR RAG ON FURNITURE OR WALLS.. ANYHOW ROOM WAS 75 got it down to 65 nice room equipped with fridge microwave nd blow dryer pkasna t.v. nice huge comfy king size bed mirrors all over very clean towels nice and white fresh smell.. Faucet water crystal clear i guess they gave a filter system hard floors quiet free ice machine... I loved this place... Very highly...
