Charged me for a pickup order on Christmas Day, but the store was closed. I asked for a refund. They won’t give me a refund despite all 5 Starbucks employees I’ve talked to agreeing that they charged me without providing any services. The service rep said they need to make sure their district manager is properly briefed before providing me a refund.
Absolutely terrible customer service and fraudulent to not refund me.
