Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Charged me for a pickup order on Christmas Day, but the store was closed. I asked for a refund. They won’t give me a refund despite all 5 Starbucks employees I’ve talked to agreeing that they charged me without providing any services. The service rep said they need to make sure their district manager is properly briefed before providing me a refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service and fraudulent to not refund me.

The drinks are pretty good here but the service is on the bad side. Three times now I have placed an order for pick up, just to go in and have the person at the counter tell me they are closed for the day.
