Grimy and disgusting overpriced store. I tried exchanging a purchase 20 minutes after buying it because it didnt work for me. Called on the phone and they told me to come in person, just to then deny the exchange when i got there (which would have cost them nothing) thus wasting an extra hour of my time on top of taking my money. It makes no sense to pay the brand new prices they charge just to get told to kick rocks if there is a problem. Also there is no exit to the store other than a single checkout so you have to stand in a human corral and awkwardly squeeze your way down a tiny slot past a line of people waiting to pay. I guess they are locking their customers in because they assume we would steal if we were allowed to exit freely, but locking exits creates a fire hazard and i dont see how it is allowed. And they blast obnoxious religious messaging at you while you shop. Just a completely degrading and dehumanizing...

Had a horrible experience here today because I called in to ask their store hours and was told that they accept donations until 5:30pm and close their store at 9pm. So I drove in to donate my things and was told that they stopped accepting at 4pm. When I asked for a manager, they told me that the person who answered the phone must be new and that it was my fault for driving in on the belief that they would accept my donation. The gentlemen were VERY rude and when I asked who I could speak to in the way of ownership or management that I would just have to call the same number again that I already called and maybe I will get the manager or maybe I won’t. Low prices! Great deals that change EVERY DAY! Nice people who work there! This is one of the BEST thrift stores I've been to in YEARS. Now, for those of you who want a "nice, clean, thrifting experience where things are organized by size and color and yada yada yada" well then this is not the place for you, nor is thrifting the shopping experience for you. Go to the mall. For those of us who are real thrifters, you will love this place! It's fun to dig for your stuff, things are in GOOD to GREAT condition, LOW PRICES, fun deals, and nice workers. Yes there are spanish speakers but we live in California, so....dunno what other people's problems are.
