Sandwich was burned so bad it was black. They got my name wrong so I tried asking the girl if that was the sandwich I ordered and coffee and she rudely informed me that names were on the bag and continued to not answer my question. Then when everyone in front and behind me got their order I came up again and said "I think this is my order but the name is wrong and asked if the sandwich was the sandwich I ordered." The girl then responded what's your name and I told her and she says "yeah it's probably your order." Still never tells me what sandwich it was and continued to have a bad attitude like your not allowed to confirm what's in the bag is correct.

I took the sandwich embarrassed and walked away and realized the sandwich was complete black on top from being burned.

If your going to use names make sure you get the name right especially if you don't want to talk to customers. I paid with a card so that's also a good check in case your unsure about the name but let's start by losing the attitude and maybe answering the question being asked. You work in...

This Starbucks was a scam. They charged me $1.10 extra for light ice, which they said nothing about and is just extremely unfair. They said it’s because they would have to add the base to the drink, but what if I genuinely just want less ice? So I have to pay MORE for less ice. So the total came out to nearly $7 for a grande strawberry açaí with light ice. It makes absolutely no sense. If I wanted no ice and all drink, I understand the charge, but I just wanted less ice. Even when I went to ask them about it, they basically said rules are rules. As a former barista, this makes zero sense and you should at least tell the customer about the extra charge. I also asked a friend who has worked at Starbucks for over 2 years now, and she agrees this is ridiculous and that there is no such policy stating this. Pls stop...

I'm sorry but this was the worst service and drink I've ever received. I ordered a skinny mocha frap but was made a regular mocha hot. Told the barista that I ordered skinny mocha frap and he went to make it and then came back and said they didn't have the sugar free product. So I settled for a regular mocha frap and is was so bland, tasted like blended ice. So I stirred it and let it sit to melt some, and stirred it again and it didn't help. I have never received a Starbucks coffee that tasted so bad I had to throw it away. Yes, I threw it out it tasted so bad.
