Went to this specific location knowing itâs not impacted thinking Iâd get good service when it was the opposite. I usually go to Union since itâs close by, but wanted to give this location a try. I ordered my latte and when I pulled up to the window I got the drink and when Iâm leaving the drive thru lane, I check and see if they made it correctly and they didnât. They made the latte I wanted expect on the label they put âwhole milkâ and I wanted a decaf in which they did listen. I then pull up to the drive thru to tell them how I wanted it all over again, and the guy juts tell me âif you want we can make you another oneâ âthe guy that made it told me he made it with oat milkâ in that case I didnât trust them because food service workers juts make excuses to not remake something again. So I told him Iâll have another one instead and told him how I wanted it made and I told him just in case. And towards the end when I told him âas a decafâ and I sat there for a second got no response no confirmation. When I pulled up to get the remade one he seemed bugged or like not in a good mood a bit. It seemed like there was just 2 guys working there. Around 2pm, today august 26, 2024. And this picture is of the second one I got made, and it made me not trust this location even more because they didnât even print a label to know how they made it it just makes me think they didnât listen to how I told them how to make it all over again. For sure never coming back to this location. Highly disappointed, aside from that only one person was in front of me in line and since itâs never impacted at this location youâd think if a place doesnât have much people eating there then youâd get better service in this case they failed at it not being busy. The s Union location has never failed to give good service to people that I know and I can confirm it is true. If you want to get a customers trust then show it, print the label and do your job correct!!!
