Taco Bell — Restaurant in Manteca

The worst Taco Bell that ive ever been to. Ive given this place so many chances! It seems that the Taco Bells here in Manteca really lack customer service and food quality. Most of the workers are ok, but some are just really rude. Theres hardly ever one to greet you and it takes them 15 mins just to take your order. I would have walked out, but my kids were hungry. At this particular Taco Bell the last (never going there again!) time I went there was yesterday early afternoon. It took awhile for someone just to take our order mind you that the place was empty! The drive through only had a couple cars. It took almost 20 mins to get our food and they werent friendly. I will say the food was made correctly, but usually theres always something missing and or made wrong. Also, my potatoes once again were OLD! The place was also really dirty. The Taco Bells around here really need...

Online ordering never works. It’s only worked two times, and the first time the store informed me that they simply don’t have what I already paid for so they can’t do my order. The other time they said they have no internet so they never got my order, told me to cancel it and then wouldn’t honor one of the online deals I had selected. The bell hop people they have stand there and take your order just stare at you and say “I don’t know” if you have a question after an uncomfortably long silence of just staring at you, and sigh if you ask if they can ask someone who does know. If it was just a one time thing or bad training, then okay. But I’m talking three separate people out there seemingly trained to try to NOT let you place an order. Horrible experience every time. Really wild. Can’t believe this...

Always get excellent food and service at this location on Northgate. Unfortunately not today. I received small bag that should have been stuffed with 8 tacos and a bean burrito w/extra sauce and a chips n cheese. I knew my order wouldn’t fit in the small bag so I parked and of course there no chips in the bag. I went thru the line again and I was given two bags of chips which was ok. I was worried that taking the time out to do this would make my tacos soggy on the bottom but I shouldn’t have worried. The taco meat was cold and there was hardly any meat. More lettuce then meat. The tacos were crunchy because of this. My burrito was bone dry. No sauce or even extra sauce. Really disappointed. I think whomever was preparing the food didn’t care....
