I want to commend an employee at the Starbucks located in Ladera Ranch in the Bridgepark Plaza. I want the managers / any supervisors to know that Jacquelyn has gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come into Starbucks.

I am always greeted by Jacquelyn by my name as soon as I walk into Starbucks, and she takes her time to ask me how I am doing, and how she can help with my order. She makes me feel like an important customer, and I’ve seen that I’m not the only one she treats with exceptional service in this way. Jacquelyn is the reason I only go to this Starbucks location in Ladera Ranch.

I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Ladera Ranch! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they got my order just right. The store was clean and had a cozy vibe, perfect for working or catching up with friends. My favorite drink, the caramel macchiato, was perfectly made—smooth and delicious.

Parking was easy, and I noticed the service was quick even though it was a busy time. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area!

The young manager is very personable and hard-working. However, a handful of other staff feel almost personally offended when I say extra large instead of whatever Latin word they choose to call said sized drink.
