Subway — Restaurant in California

We were ordering for 6 people, 5 adults and a four year old. The lady working had a poor attitude towards us from the moment she seemed to realize we had a large order. They had no customers when we first walked in. We had walked here from a mile away cause our vehicle is being worked on. The young man working had a better attitude than she did. The young man rung up the order and I paid $97 and some change, the lady worker was still making my husbands sandwich but still went ahead and charged my husband a buck something, for some avocado that my son added to his sandwich. I’m gonna assume the young man told her he didn’t charge us for it because how does she know he didn’t charge me when he first rung me up? It was also pretty warm inside the store so we sat at a table close to the door and propped the door open for the breeze and she came and closed the door, but I had asked the young man if it was okay for me to open the door and he said...

I placed an order on DoorDash and have to say I was not disappointed. My food was delivered around 7 PM. I was expecting mediocre sandwiches since it's getting towards the end of shift and it's a chain restaurant. The bread which I do not get toasted was so soft and clearly it was very fresh. I ordered chocolate chip cookies and figured towards the end of the day they probably don't have any and just noted that they could replace it with any cookies that they still had. The oatmeal raisin cookies were so soft they practically fell apart as if they were just fresh out of the oven. My only complaint is that I couldn't order a roast beef sandwich or a build your own but that could be a door Dash issue not a subway issue. My food was very tasty and very fresh and delivered very quickly so all in all I'm a satisfied customer and would definitely order from this...

Very disappointed in our experience... It's safe to say we will not be back at this location. It starts with this place being a 1000° on the inside of this location and them not wanting to run the AC until customers complain about the temperature inside the establishment. Then let's proceed to the ordering part which didn't make it pass the bread segment due to the fact of me asking the young man do they take coupons and he proceeds to tell me that we can only get certain toppings on my sandwich with the coupon... (Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles)And I said what??? The coupon doesn't specify that detail. He then proceeds to explain to me that they have a new "cheap" manager and the manager said those were the stipulations of the coupon usage. We decided to take our business else where because we don't have this many problems with the Subway...
